While working on the delivery processess I also had insight into the sales processess. After the implementation phase of Siebel CRM, I got the task to build up the nationwide Tele Sales network with around 30 Agents.

I know Gabor since 2010, when we both started to work at METRO Cash & Carry Hungary where Gabor was offered a position in the Project Management Team for a Siebel CRM implementation project. The main purpose of the project was to establish the official framework for the Delivery Business in Hungary, so we had some common topics and were working in close contact from time to time during the project, as I was working in the Supply Chain Management team.
